Circuit training

I was wondering how I should log the workouts I do. I was logging it as low-impact aerobics. It is Chris Freytag's 10lb. Slimdown series. I use just 5lb. weights doing her intervals of cadio and weights. It seems that I am working harder than just low impact aerobics so I was wondering if I should be logging this as circuit training instead. TIA

    It sounds like you are doing it correctly, don't make the mistake of overestimating your caloric burn!
