Does anyone have any idea appx. how many calories are burned doing the 39 minuted Turbo Sculpt (with 5 lb. weights) from the Turbo Jam series? I sweat more doing that and breath as if I am doing a cardio workout much of the time. Thanks in advance.

I'm 168 lbs, 5"1, my HRM says I burn 279 calories during turbosculpt. Hope that helps!0
