Has anyone tried following the Men's Health Belly off diet? Just curious about how it worked out, was it hard to follow etc...
Still getting settled with new lifestyle change and looking for affordable decent tasting protein powder or meal replacement powder to still support weight loss efforts.
I'm a big fan of Asian inspired cuisine, but realize that i will need to limit and cut most of the unhealthy stuff out, just looking for some alternative ideas?
