Alrighty, I'm in on this group now
I actually started on 1/13/14, so I'm now on day 2 of week 3. The biggest reason I'm doing this program is because I KNOW it will work. I think about the results I should see if I follow the program to completion with a better diet. MFP and Insanity are a great combo. Let's do this!
