Beachbody comparisons
I'm currently working through Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution, and am really enjoying it. I really can't decide what should be next, although I'd like to try one of the Beachbody programmes. Ideally, it should be 30-45 minutes, last for 60 or 90 days, have some variety, not require pull-up/chin-up equipment (odd door…

I've been using the numbers provided by MFP, and follow IIFYM -- including eating back nearly all of my exercise calories. I'm delighted with progress: I don't feel particularly hungry, and am fitter and more energetic…

Checking in!
Hi everyone! I've been using MFP for a grand total of two weeks now. I'm 5'10" and started at 100 kg -- like many Brits of my age, heights aren't metric but weights are! Anyway, I'm in my early 40s with a wife and young kids, and a few health problems from friends only a bit older than me have made me think that I could do…
