Accuracy of HRM
According to the treadmill HRM, 30 minutes of interval running burns about 200 calories on my 54yr old 126 lb body, According to various charts, when I run outdoors for 40 minutes, about 300. My new HRM watch told me I burned 450 calories running outdoors..NO WAY ! I believe I set it up correctly, but that's extreme IMHO.…

Changing nutrition goals
I custom set myself to be at 40/40/20...my weight equaling carbs & protein intake for the day. Then I add my daily calories burned it increases the grams. I suppose this is correct based on calories used/net for the day? The default settings are rediculous, telling me just 47 g of protein a day. I would be a bag of saggy…

Love this program! I am pretty familar with food, portions & nutrition, and I plan my food days before. But I come up with a this riddle...what has 6 gm protein, 24 carbs 3gm fat and 192 calories ??
