Workout # 3...what's up with the 3rd strength exercise in circut 1 not being repeated. Did anyone else notice this. The arms are opposite, so I thought this a little weird, kinda like the cardo kick boxing punches also in #3 where she doesn't change sides either and says GET OVER IT !! ( I change sides, she can't see me hahaha).

PS I love this workout because its so fast and I burn almost 300 calories, leaving me time to run or yoga. However I got her yoga DVD & I hate it. Not relaxing & stretching. Back to Baron Baptise, more like a real yoga class.

Did a couple of rounds of P90X. That was exhausting because it was over an hour a day & i got really sick of the jokes and the models. Plus the diet plan is way too much food. Haven't really considered P90X2 yet. However, I am incorporating Tony's muscle confusion and made my own 90 day workout from JM30DS !!

Most of all MFP has made the difference. Amazing how we over eat, even the healthy food. Portion is key! Happy Holidays!
