Love/hate relationship with weekends...
Does anyone else struggle with weekend eating and staying on top of workouts? So I've been doing The Biggest Loser workouts...a variety of them...and they are kicking my butt, which is great. They are total body workouts with strength exercises as well as the cardio. I know you are supposed to give your muscles a day's break in between strength sessions and I've done that, but I am still SO SORE!!!…
