Exercise question...

So I've been doing The Biggest Loser workouts...a variety of them...and they are kicking my butt, which is great. They are total body workouts with strength exercises as well as the cardio. I know you are supposed to give your muscles a day's break in between strength sessions and I've done that, but I am still SO SORE!!! My question is, should I do the next strength workout when I am this sore? Or more importantly, what is the likelihood that I will injure myself by working out when I am this sore?

My advice...if ur THAT sore still, give it another day, but just do some walking to make up for it. I pushed thru the pain once and ended up in the ER with an aggrivated injury to my sciatic nerve! I was on bed rest for a week and that SUCKED! Everyone is different, but don't push urself too hard!0

I would suggest when you are that sore, to skip the dvd and try going for a nice brisk walk and then stretching really well. I tend to get more sore if I don't do anything at all.0
