Exercise when stuck
Ok - Thanks everyone to everyone who had advice about being stuck and not losing for a week. So shed some light on adding more exercise - cause if you exercise you have to eat more so how does that hep? Thank you.

Stuck
I've lost 8 lbs and didn't lose last week so think I might be stuck. Still following the same 1200 per day - any ideas to get out of the rut? Thanks

Egg Scramble
I stumbled on this and it's really easy and good: 3 egg whites 2 pc turkey bacon crumbled 3/4 cup obrien potatoes 1 tbl shredded mozzalerlla Scramble all together, add some hot sauce and enjoy.

Calories during the day or night
Is it better to spread your calories out during the day? I've been consuming about 700 during the day and then have 500 left for dinner and dessert. Any thoughts if that's too many to eat at night? Thanks.

Calories Burned From Normal Daily Activity 1,770 calories/day Net Calories Consumed* Your Daily Goal 1,200 calories/ day Daily Calorie Deficit 570 calories This is what my plan shows on myfitnesspal. Is 1200 too few calories when I'm exercising? Thank you.

Not Seeing Results
It's frustrating. I'm sticking to a 1200 cal diet and normally have 500 left over after exercise. Eating whole wheat grain for breakfast, cottage cheese for snacks, salads, etc. and fruit. Not seeing more than 3.5 pounds lost in a month. Started at 141 and am 5'4. Want to get to 125 or 130 which seems like a realistic goal.
