Ok - Thanks everyone to everyone who had advice about being stuck and not losing for a week. So shed some light on adding more exercise - cause if you exercise you have to eat more so how does that hep? Thank you.

I don't really have a answer, but when I start to stop I take a day off of excersize to reassess what I've been doing and work on my diet. It gives me a better frame of mind and I get motivated to do better, then my scale starts moving again... I'm not sure if it's the new eating habits I place, the new motivation, or the break from tearing up all my muscles but it works.0

Eating your exercise calories back has a lot to do with what the scale will say and the types of food you are eating. Working out is 20% of the problem.0 -
eating more along with exercising more will rev up your metabolism resulting in weight loss.0
