Egg Scramble

I stumbled on this and it's really easy and good:

3 egg whites
2 pc turkey bacon crumbled
3/4 cup obrien potatoes
1 tbl shredded mozzalerlla

Scramble all together, add some hot sauce and enjoy.

I dont have the potatos. But I have turkey bacon. Sounds good. May try it tomorrow.

I cooked the bacon this weekend so it's leftover. You can get obrien potatoes in the frozen section. It has green and red peppers and onions.

Obrien Potatos can be purchased frozen for simplicity's sake. Or you can make your own but that takes some planning ahead. They are diced potatos, onions, peppers and some spices.
