Need help setting up a meal plan based on energy requirements
Hi loves, so like so many people on here, I'm trying to count calories and exercise. I have found that eating certain foods according to the activities that I will be doing for the day works best for me. So I try to match up carbs and proteins accordingly, though I'll admit I'm not too great at it. However, I'm running out…

working out while traveling
Does anyone have any tips on good ways to fit in a work out when you are away from home? I travel for work and don't always get to stay at a hotel with a gym. I was thinking about bringing some resistance bands with me, and possibly a work out dvd (but that only works if I'm on the ground floor).

being good while traveling
I have to travel some for work, and my company tends to have this thing for taking people to dinner. I'm usually gone for a week at a time. I typically pack a lunch but then go out for dinner. Any tips on how to stay on track while your away from home would be greatly appreciated.

I work on a beef cattle farm, so as far as a work out its everything from cardio to weight lifting and everything in between. However, I'm not sure how to figure out how many calories I burn while I'm there. Does anyone have any good ideas on how I could keep track?

There are so many numbers out there, its hard to make sense of them all and which ones are more important and how they relate to each other. Any thoughts or suggestions are certainly more than welcome (otherwise I wouldn't be asking). I get the concept to eat fewer calories than what you are using (that just makes sense)…

can you eat too few calories?
So I've seen a few studies that say there are different "zones" that your body is in depending on how much and what you eat. One was a fat burning zone and the other was a storage zone. The storage zone was from not eating enough and causing the body to go into storing all the fat because it wasn't sure when it would get…

I've hit critical mass
This is my first time on this site, and I'm here for many reasons but the number one reason I guess is to hold myself accountable. I always start out with great expectations and high ambition but always end up having a hard time staying motivated. I had decided along time ago that if I ever got over 150lbs, that I would do…
