Slept in this morning...
I had a late night and didn't get out of the bed until much later than usual. How do I adjust for a day like this, where my late waking messed with my appetite? I still have plenty of calories to go, but should I eat like it's a normal day even if I slept about 6 hours longer than usual?

This is going to appear to ramble, but stay with me. I'm not a big lady. I spent most of my life thin, accused of being anorexic, even. But I have always LOVED food.
