Hello mfp!

I'm just someone trying to get into shape. I turned 30 and the bad eating habits from my twenties caught me pretty quick. Hoping that some of the amazing success stories here will keep me motivated. I don't have any real life friends to workout with, or even really talk to about health things so I figured this was the next best thing. My main issue is that I overeat regularly. I can eat a full meal and have a growling stomach an hour later, which I usually give in to. Now I'm trying to portion and not eat every hour and a half. I'm certain my poor eating habits have contributed to me feeling bogged down and tired all day, so there's just a lot of little reasons for me wanting to get on the right track.   • Hi Becca! I'm in a similar boat in that I don't have any real life friends to work out with either, nor to talk about with. The only person I have is my mom, really, and she struggles with the exact same things that I do. I'm hoping that forming bonds with some people here will help make my journey a little easier!
