Slept in this morning...

I had a late night and didn't get out of the bed until much later than usual. How do I adjust for a day like this, where my late waking messed with my appetite? I still have plenty of calories to go, but should I eat like it's a normal day even if I slept about 6 hours longer than usual?

This was my day today. Brother's wonky work schedule ended up with us having a video game night resulting in a late night, slow going morning. I just shifted my meals. slightly and worked them in (and then my dinner, which was only an hour ago, was later than usual). Also, since I've had shorter periods between meals, I've allowed myself to have a bit of a cheat day with higher calorie foods that I don't often indulge in. I still have quite a few to go, but I figure that one rare day of me being in this position isn't going to be a big deal in the long run (especially since I have days where I'm high...Like yesterday since it was a longer than normal day for me). It will balance out at the end of the week.0

I was out late at a concert a few weeks ago and ended up sleeping until noon the next day. I ended up having two larger meals rather than trying to squeeze in three.0

On days like that, I have normal meals, maybe a bit bigger. Or I treat myself to something I wouldn't usually get because I have the calories to "spend".0

Eat when you're hungry. Don't eat when you're not. Since this is an isolated incident, one day of being under or over won't hurt.0
