Which to do after 30 day Shred
After the 30DS I want to do another Jillian Michaels DVD. For those of you who have done Ripped in 30 and Kickbox Fast Fix which would you recommend first? Thanks! :)

HRM for fat loss Question
Hello. I have a question for anyone who has gotten great results for weight loss with a HRM. I have started to use a HRM and I have looked on various sites to see what percentage to keep your heart rate at for weight loss. Some sites say 60-70% and some say 70-80%. Which is better? Thanks.

30 Day Shred Level One so far...
Ok I retook my measurements and cant believe that only after finishing 10 days of 30DS I am down 1/2 inch in my thighs, arms,waist,hips, and chest . Also I lost 1.8lbs :) Ive been running 2-3 miles 3-4 days a week as well. Ive always been running that so i know its the 30DS that makes a big difference. I am soo excited but…

63 Minute Run
When I got on the treadmill yesterday I decided I would run for 4 miles since I have an 8k coming up. Now keep in mind I just did a 5k in 35 minutes last Saturday so Im assuming it should only take at the most 50 minutes. Boy was I shocked it took 63 minutes to run 4 miles!!! Calories you have earned
I have a question. It says after you exercise that you have earned a certain amount of calories and they add it to your food. At least i think i am understanding it right. Why would they want you to eat the calories you just worked off?
