Soo I've been doing the 30 shred dvd and at first my arms were losing inches. not eating all my calories
Is it ok to not eat all your calories? I'm just not hungry to be honest. Has anyone tried the "listen to your body" method? does it work can you see weight loss from this by only eating when your actually hungry?

Irrational fear of losing weight
