Confused....

Soo I've been doing the 30 shred dvd and at first my arms were losing inches. Im on the 2nd half of the workout and I notice that my arms have gained an additional inch and a half and the crazy part is my clothes fit different Im my stomach area (in a good way)....Im confused and discouraged :huh: :sad: Does anybody know what could be the problem?

    I wouldn't worry about it.

    1. It's an inch and a half
    2. You're doing a workout regime that focuses on strength training as one of its core goals.
    3. Muscle is your friend. If for some reason this is the start of muscle being built (though I'm unsure that would even be possible in one half of the Shred, especially if you're eating at a deficit), embrace it. Lean muscle is good.
