What the hell has happened to my arms?!!
EEK!!! my arms have got bingo wings which are still there but now all of a sudden i've got a line on both of my arms. I am loosing weight and toning and i do ,do weights and arm exercises so instead of them going skinny now they look fatter?!!! what am i doing wrong please help

Loosing nothing on 30 day shred!!
I've done four days. 5th day to happen today. First three days i was in dying pain, could not move etc but still pushed through. Today was easier-still sweated alot but i always have a good go. BUT i'm not loosing any inches :( . feeling demotivated as doing it every day. Even if have gym same day etc!!help please guys
