I want to re-shape my body look, would it if be effective to do lots of toning exercises without lots of cardio exercises ?

Need some motivation
Hi , I'm trying to workout to lose 5 kilos in next 2 months and get a better body shape. I want friends who motivate me as I lose interest easily. I already lost about 5 Kgs and i need to lose more, I'm eating clean but sometimes i just can't resist desserts :) I love sugary treats and this is very bad :)
