Hey everyone....looking to start lifiting heavier than I am right now. Now I am using free weights, 2-3 sets 8- 12 reps. Was wondering if anyone on here is doing the 5x5 stronglifts? any advice on it? thanks Jess

working legs without squats
Hey guys....post double knee surgery and squats hurt my knees badly. Any suggestions for ways to lift and work my legs with free weights that dont include squats? having a hard time finding moves. Thanks
