Wedding day 5 weeks on Saturday - help me pls!
So, It is my wedding day on 23rd March and I am needing people to help keep me on track. I do loads of cardio but am wanting to tone the bingo wings and stomach as welll as eat healthy. I have been rather ill lately and have had a few hiccups with the diet. I only want to lose about 6lbs. Any advice?? thanks people x

Day 2 of the 30 Day shred
Hi I started the 30 day shred yesterday and actually thought it was not too bad. I did level 1, followed by 1/2 hour on treadmill and also a 45 minute bike ride. Today I have completed level 1 and 30 Mins on the X trainer. Now I feel sore! Anyone else had any experience of the 30day shred. I could do with some success…

Help and Assistance Required!
So, I have been really good for the past month, and the scales are not budging. On atypical day this is what I eat and exercise. Need help to get back on track
Well...Ive had a really bad couple of weeks and stuffed myself silly to make me feel better. It did not work!! I now need to lose the 4 pounds I put on, and also need to make sure this does not happen again...ever!! Please help me fellow dieters!! Much appreciated. Charlotte x

Well, so I thought i would try some skipping. Yesterday i did 15 minutes, and today 16 minutes, but it says I have burned nearly 200 calories each time on Fitnesspal. Does anyone know if this is correct? I felt I worked really hard and definitely got my heart racing!

No Weight Loss
Hi Guys. Well, been really really good this week, but scales have not moved. Been to gym 5 Times, doing lost of cardio. i have eat so healthy, and no junk has passed my lips. Also stopped snacking between meals. Please help me! Any suggestions on how to get the scales moving?

Anyone else finding this dieting lark really difficult. I am sure the harder I try the more I think about food!
