i did day 2 of level 1 today and my legs are hurtiing!! Pushed through and am very determined!! Although it does make me hungry!!

Thanks very much. Usually at the end of the day i have exercised off everything I have eaten or usually betwwen -300 and +300 calories. I do weights occasionally, but will up this and will try and eat a little more today. Thanks for all of your help.

Oh..... Always have exercised lots!!! Always eaten too little it seems too!! Before this I used to eat the odd chocolate bar, but I have been so good! Will try and eat a little more I think! Maybe more fruit....Do you think my body is in the starvation mode thing??

Yeah. It all went downhill when I did some tendon damage and stress fracture to my foot. Its still swollen now, so I know I cannot exercise!! Never mind, so far today its been good. Had lots of fruit and water!

Well...Ive had a really bad couple of weeks and stuffed myself silly to make me feel better. It did not work!! I now need to lose the 4 pounds I put on, and also need to make sure this does not happen again...ever!! Please help me fellow dieters!! Much appreciated. Charlotte x

i have mario kart on wii and it is brill!! You must get it. I have been in my back yard with a rope skipping. Would not dare walk down the street skipping!!! Not sure of the comments I would get. Anyway thanks guys!! You have really made me chuckle!!!

Well, so I thought i would try some skipping. Yesterday i did 15 minutes, and today 16 minutes, but it says I have burned nearly 200 calories each time on Fitnesspal. Does anyone know if this is correct? I felt I worked really hard and definitely got my heart racing!

Hi Guys. Well, been really really good this week, but scales have not moved. Been to gym 5 Times, doing lost of cardio. i have eat so healthy, and no junk has passed my lips. Also stopped snacking between meals. Please help me! Any suggestions on how to get the scales moving?

Anyone else finding this dieting lark really difficult. I am sure the harder I try the more I think about food! :happy: Hi. I know the feeling well. I did exactly the same over the weekend, and have been punishing myself all day! I feel sooo depressed. Dont give in though! I have eaten so good today and only consumed 800 calories! We all have bad days, but we can all get back on track! Keep going babe x

I do still log salads and veggies. Today i had mixed salad leaves, cucumber and tomatoes, and logged all of it. They contain very little calories, but they all add up!!

Hi Guys. This dieting thing really is not working! I can have fantastic days, and then really bad! I am desperate to lose some of this weight, ideally 1 stone, but it is so difficult. I go to the gym every day and do 40 mins of cardio. I also walk to work every day, 15 mins there and back. My Diet usually consists of fruit…
