Day 2 of the 30 Day shred

Hi

I started the 30 day shred yesterday and actually thought it was not too bad. I did level 1, followed by 1/2 hour on treadmill and also a 45 minute bike ride.
Today I have completed level 1 and 30 Mins on the X trainer. Now I feel sore! Anyone else had any experience of the 30day shred. I could do with some success stories and motivation.
