I'm around 5ft, 5ft one and my BMR is1353, TDEE 1623. Set to lose ONE POUND per week MFP has me eating 1210 calories a day. I see a lot of people saying they eat back their exercise calories. So if I'm on a 1200 calories diet does that mean at the end of the day, AFTER I've exercised I should have only consumed 1200?
