New and looking for support/advice

Height:5'1
Starting Weight: 145lbs
Current Weight: 144lbs
Goal Weight: 125lbs
BMI: 27ish


I miss my thigh gap. And not having a double chin. And being able to look good in a bikini. I hate having a belly like this, I've been eating under 1600 calories a day for the last week (usually around 1200, but there were some days it was 1400 to 1500) my main problem is I don't seem to be able to motivate myself to exercise. What exercises should I be doing for the best results? I have an elliptical, but I can only do 3.1 mph for 30 minutes on that. And again, I have trouble motivating. What's best for toning/losing from my belly? I work a desk job 40 hours a week so I don't get a lot of movement daily... Anyone have any good recommendations for youtube workout sessions? Will eating under 1600 calories a day work for me?? (I try to stick to 1200, but I just feel so damn hungry on those days....) Advice? Looking for friends who are about my height and don't have more than 25lbs to lose, or people my height that were able to lose about 25 to 15lbs! What worked/works for you the best?
