Day one...
this is my first day and I am very excited and apprehensive... I have tried so many things over the years and haven't been able to reach maintain attitude of health, weight loss and exercise. Although I dabble in all aspects I have not been able to make the lifestyle change necessary until now... My goal is to lose 37lbs…
