I love fitness challenges! This is just what I need right now! I have been sick (spring cold) and am starting to feel better. I am starting a second round of p90x on April 1st and need to get ready. Goal this week 250 min! Get back into running and doing the elliptical. Sunday 0 Monday 25 Tuesday 25

Love it! Good for you getting her on the program!

Things that work for me... Babybell cheese light Nuts - try different types. You can eat more pistachios I believe than some of others, but always watch serving size Ricotta cheese with light hot chocolate mixed in or cocao and a sprinkle of sugar New fav! Almond milk to replace regular milk for cereal or oatmeal…

I have been afraid to try on 12 because they may be tight! I never thought of it as motivation... Way to go! I think I may just go try them...

Inspirational! I dream of running...

Give yourself some time to figure it out and look back on the weeks that worked for you. As a woman you are going to have monthly fluctuations. Concentrate on the overall, month to month losses. You are doing everything and making the right changes, but it took awhile to get to where you are and of you really want it to…

Wow! You are an inspiration!

Thank you for sharing! Well done!

Same here! When it starts I switch and go backwards for ten or so seconds and move my feet a little and it seems to help
-
Ditto to everyone above! Your starting weight was the same as mine, but I am only beginning my journey 12 lbs down. You are definitely another inspiration for me! Thank you for sharing

Inspirational! Thank you for sharing your success. It brings inspiration and motivation for those of us on the journey

Take it one day at a time and then one week at a time. You know why you need to do this. Challenge yourself to doing 10 min of exercise a day and once you finish the ten min decide if you can go on and do a little longer. What you will find is it is easier to keep going than get going... Keep track of your minutes of…

There are some grat inspirations here. Feel free to add me if you like. I have lost just over 10 lbs in the last six weeks and have increased my activity to 1 hour+ 6 days a week from maybe 40 min once or twice a week. I still have a ways to go, but I am no my way!

This is great! I have cut the tab off my large sizes so that I didn't have to admit the size. I can't wait until I want to look at the size! I am early in my journey, but a month ago I could only keep my jeans on for a little while before they were uncomfortable and now they are so baggy that they feel more like sweatpants!

We could continue this challenge with the 6 week challenge? Let me know if you are interested and I will send a note out to see if others are interested in joining us. 6 weeks seems more achievable than 90 days and will help me get there.

Awesome job! I never thought I would ever get to this amount of exercise! My next challenge is to start p90x on Dec 26th for (gulp) the 90 day challenge and then in the spring a running challenge. Let me know if you want to join me and I will send you an invite. Have a great holiday and here's to a great new year!

Great job! I am inspired and will be starting the P90x 90 day challenge on the 26th. I would like to be in your group as well. We can do this!

I'm 5'4 and 187 lbs. I always considered myself large boned but who knows after reading some of the posts? I think that I will figure it out the closer I get to my goal weight. I have lost 10 lbs so far and my goal is to get to around 150ish and see how I feel then. I may go lower or I may be happy at that weight??? My…

Test what works for you. I ate my exercise calories at first and had a hard time losing weight. Then I tried keeping a calorie deficit from 300 - 600 calories a day and it's working. The nice thing is that you can really monitor and see what works for you. The one thing that does work is putting in everything (food and…
