Hi, I'm new here and I need some inspiration, so feel free to add me! It definitely helps to see others' progress as it is motivation itself.

There are some grat inspirations here. Feel free to add me if you like. I have lost just over 10 lbs in the last six weeks and have increased my activity to 1 hour+ 6 days a week from maybe 40 min once or twice a week. I still have a ways to go, but I am no my way!0
