I did not update my weight on this website for a few weeks, because I did a crazy thing.
I signed up for half-marathon and concentrated on using the little time I had to prepare for and learn as much as possible about and 13.1 miles run. I ran it on 3/24/12 and now can update my weight. It is 171 at this moment (night) but this morning it was 168.7 !!!!!
I crossed the 170 pounds point and officially I am no longer overweight. Life is beautiful.

As I lose weight I feel more and more like exercising - and if they can make those people on 'the biggest loser' run then my knee cartilege is bound to be okay...
