Samsung s health accuracy?
I've been the happy owner of a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for about two months now. Being able to stream HD YouTube anywhere is great! But with the new device, I've also started using s health. How accurate is the pedometer on this thing, and the resultant calorie estimate, assuming I give it accurate height and weight figures?…

Yes, I want a nice stomach
So, I've been at this awhile now. My weight is down to 158, and while it's exciting to see that 5 in the tens position, I still have kind of an unsightly stomach in spite of my ribs being visible (I can see my heart beating through my chest, which while kind of freaky at first, is also sorta neat.) Now that said, and yes,…

losing it all?
I'm a 6' male, currently weighing in at 167 pounds, the lightest I've been in my adult life. In spite of how far I've come, I still feel fat. My stomach, and my upper arms, have some jiggle to them, and unless loose skin jiggles, I'm still toting around fat. This seems absurd and frustrating to me, given I'm several points…

green tea pills
Yes, I know, pills/supplements /voodooo won't magically shed weight. I've been doing it naturally for the past six months, eating less and moving more. that said, I'm considering these as a bolstering effect. they seem to get decent reviews, and send at least a bit more plausible than garcinia cambogia. worth a shot, if…

Frustrated and floundering a bit.
I've been at this for about five months now, with no small degree of results yielded, but I still feel I want to go a bit further (original goal was 180, but upon review I want to -try- for 160.) I'm currently at about 15-16% body fat, which is certainly better than what must have been high twenties or low thirties when I…

are these two activities at least comprable?
ive gotten to the point i just cant stand the elliptical. if i take a brisk outdoor. hour long walk for 4.5 miles, is that at least as good for weight loss as 25 minutes (3.4 miles @ ~8mph) on the elliptical?

Help me create a plan please?
Long story short, I've gone from 255 pounds at xmas, to 177 now, as a six foot tall male. Shrunk from a 2XL T-shirt to a medium, and size 44 jeans to 32. I'm thrilled, but lately, I hear "when are you going to stop?" and "you look almost -too- skinny." Now, as one might imagine, I had a pretty drastic program to drop…

Definitely some success, but...feedback, please?
I've been at this about five months now, from 255 at the worst, to 180 currently. I'm thrilled, definitely, but I...still feel like I'm big in the gut, and I start to wonder at 6 foot just how low I'll have to push to look "thin"? 185 was my original goal weight, but I've decided that I can certainly fathom trying for 165…

too much?
I'm barreling towards my goal here firing on all cylinders, and other than missing a single gym trip on account of a sore ankle i feel mostly alright, but... I've been doing the gym five days a week, elliptical 35 min at 8mph each day, with three sets of bench/curls/crunches/push ups one day, and shoulder leg press and…

SIGNIFICANT weight loss spikes/spurts?
I've lost about 60 pounds or so since Christmas. It'd been happening very steadily for quite awhile, but about three weeks ago, it started to taper off. I expected this to an extent, but for a period of about two weeks, starting around a weight of 205, I began seeing a long plateau...to provide background, as a six foot…
