I just did 20 (REAL) pushups without stopping! No reason why... just wanted to see how many i could do... and thats 6 more than i did for the p90x fit test almost 30 days ago! Im super excited :D

I've noticed myself yawning alot during my workouts... no matter if it's a strenous workout or a light workout. I just get the yawns! Does this happen to anyone else?? why do i do that? I think it's kinda funny, but i have no idea why it happens!

Easytones or Runtones Reebok shoes
Does anyone wear either of these shoes? I'm not a runner, but i do workout at home and need something better than my tennis shoes. I just didnt know which of these would be better for working out. (I may end up buying a pair of each just to have!) Thanks for your advice!

Alternative to chips :)
If you dont know about these already, you'll be glad you do now! Tortilla strips (the soup/salad topper) is a great alternative to chips!
