If you dont know about these already, you'll be glad you do now! Tortilla strips (the soup/salad topper) is a great alternative to chips! They have the crunchiness and saltiness of chips, but they're so much lower in calories! I get the Santa Fe flavored ones..I eat them with my lunch as a side, or put them on top of a salad. For example..the ones that I get (just the Kroger brand of the Santa Fe) for 1/4 cup has 35 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 5 carbs and only 30mg of sodium. Not too shabby for chips! Enjoy!

I love the Multigrain Pringles. It's like 140 calories for 16 crisps. I eat them with 2 tbsp of Salsa con Queso and the total calories is 185 calories. So good!0

I love the baked tortilla chips 14 for 120 cals or 27 chips for 210,,, and i love love love the special K cracker chips, but I will def try those! thanks for the tip!!!0

I love pringles and baked chips as well! Really, i love all kinds of chips...but then i tried the strips on a salad initially, and thought they were good by themselves!0

Thanks for the tortilla strips tip! I am a salty, crunchy snacker! Chips are my weakness! I also bought a dehydrator and did banana's and apples and they help satisfy my crunchy desires alot.0

I just tried POP Chips for the first time. All natural, popped (not baked or fried) potato chips. 22 chips for 120 calories. I tried the Salt & Pepper flavor, but there was also Salt & Vinegar, BBQ, and a couple others.
I agree on the Special K crackers, though - those are pretty darn tasty for being "diet chips"!0 -
