Hi! This is my 2nd time on this site. I loved it the first time I was on it I just fell off the wagon. I work in a resturaunt and am finding it hard not to try more than a small bite of all the delicious food that I am around. Any Ideas? Stephanie cw:162 gw:125
scale? Food to sit down to? Food on the run? me? 1.)I use the biggest loser one, I like it 2.)Baked chicken, a huge mixed green salad with a balsamic hazelnut dressing 3.) Wasabi and Soy almonds, or this isn't really food but my shakeaology shake.
does anyone ever purposefully over estimate what you put down in you log if your just eye balling what your eating?
How many times do you get on the scale? Myself, I am a everyday person just beacuse I like to know that I am staying on track.
