I was using endomondo when I run but every time it alerts me of a mile it stops my music on pandora; I then have to stop, fix my music and continue. I am looking for a running app that will calculate my pace and distance without turning off my music.

Endomondo
Does anyone have a great running app that they use? I currently use endomondo and I like it because it calculates my distance and pace but it also cuts off my pandora every mile so it can tell me the information. Then I have to stop very mile, put my music back on and keep going. It's pretty frustrating.

Adding protein without adding carbs and fat
I am trying to eat 40% protein, 40% carb, and 20% fat. However I am finding it to be difficult. How do I find foods that are high in protein without being high in other areas. For instance, raw almonds are high in protein but they are also high in fat. Whey protein is high in protein but also in carbs. Thanks.

Fitness pal question. How many calories can I eat?
I am still really confused as to how many calories I can eat. I start out the day with an allotment of 1200 calories once I work out it goes to 1800 calories that I can eat. Why? Would I only eat 1200 or 1800? I am trying to lose weight not maintain. Very confused.

What is considered heavy, vigorous cleaning? When fitness pal totals up your calories lost during exercise it says you can eat more calories. If you are trying to lose weight shouldn't you be at a deficit of calories? What should your deficit of calories be each day to lose about a pound a week?
