need some advice
i am wanting to add weights to my workouts. but i don't know how to get started, or what to do. can anyone help me. i really want to work on my back and arms. i am currently doing water areobics and walking.

got the munchies
ok its 11 pm and i have got the munchies so bad. i ate a protein bar and some water. but that didn't help. my belly sounds like a tiger is trying to come out. don't really want to eat anything else. but i'm just so hungry. what now? :grumble:
