You are probably dehydrating yourself a bit and your blood glucose may be getting low and need a snack after ur walk.

Have you taken your blood pressure before and after your walk? Might be a spike or maybe a rapid drop in heart rate right after? If it continues you might ask your doctor.

not really, you drinking enough water? what is your heart rate and blood pressure. Have you walked a lot in the past or did you just start exercising?

I always have a bottle of water with me on any walk that I do.I think that this would help and at least youl would be able to rule out dehydration as a result.
  • yeah..you need to drink more water..

i drink at least 5 32oz glasses of water a day. it very well could be the blood pressure rising cause when i'm done walking my heart is racing. i haven't done much in the way of exercise in a while. so i would say i'm just getting started.
