I think it's a steak house but they serve this brown bread with this awesome butter...they bring it out in loaf form and you cut it up yourself. I've only been there twice and i can't think of the name of it......and I don't want to hear the whole "gasp, not bread and butter!" thing.

Net calories
My net calories are around 950 for the day, does this mean I need to eat more to get it up to 1200? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I just need a straight foward answer about this. Running
I think I would like to start running....but is it anymore beneficial than walking? And if it is how do I get started, I feel kind of slow since it takes me an hour to walk a little over 2 miles. I would love to be able to complete those 2 miles in 30 minutes!
