I've done 60 mins of exercise today. i felt really good and did a C25K training this morning and another one this evening and added 1 minute of running to make it 10 mins instead of 9. Now it seems my net cals are -46.....did I figure everything correctly? I'll try and refigure the exersice again. It just doesn't seem right.

that's possible if you didn't eat enough today

Looked at your diary. You need to eat at least 1200 calories on days that you exercise.

you only ate 780 calories worth. You need to try to hit at least 1200 calories.

I exercise twice a day too some days, I will have burned off over 1000 cals by the time I'm done. You must eat more than 780 even on a day when you aren't exercising. 1200 is a minimum intake.

Also I did C25k I can't recommend enough giving yourself a day off between, i would never do twice a day certainly. If I did it Monday I would do it next on Wednesday. Do other stuff by all means, walking, swimming, dancing but you really can get injured otherwise!

You're making the math too hard. Just look at your diary -- see how it has 1300-something calories left in green? That means, yes, you should have had 1300-something more calories to eat today.

It's late, I know. Eat a bit more tonight, take a recovery day off exercise tomorrow, and eat what's left over from today, tomorrow. At least you will reconcile within 24 hours.

Here are a couple great links about why it's really important to avoid underfeeding:

There is also a lot of helpful information on page 2 of SHOULD I EAT MY EXERCISE CALORIES:
