Can muscles get heavier when you exercise more?
I have not been losing any weight for about 2 weeks, in fact, I have gained about 1/2 a pound. I have really increased my exercises since January. I do cardio and pilates. pilates...............OMG the pain
Hi all, I have been exercising 5-6 days a week since January and thought I was going at a pretty aggressive pace. THEN I did a 30 minute beginning pilates class from YouTube. The next day my body felt like I had been beat with a bat! Please tell me this is a good thing and that it will get easier.
