pilates...............OMG the pain

Hi all, I have been exercising 5-6 days a week since January and thought I was going at a pretty aggressive pace. THEN I did a 30 minute beginning pilates class from YouTube. The next day my body felt like I had been beat with a bat! Please tell me this is a good thing and that it will get easier.

    It will! Try to go for a walk. It'll hurt at first, but it'll help with the discomfort after a little while.

    Pilates hits muscles you never knew you had...lol. It gets easier the more you do it. I LOVE pilates.
  • I have done pilates a few times and I totally get what you say. However, I have literally just gone and bought a pilates pack and keen to keep going with it. You can really see results the few times I have done it so want to do it more often.
