Malformed wrist - need arm exercises

Hi Potassium, low gas producing recipes?
Ideas?! My potassium intake is lower than it should be and I get leg cramps as a result. I know white beans are high in potassium, but they are also a big gas producer, so I'd rather not create a cloud at work. ;)

6 month mark!
So, six months ago, I started logging what I was eating and found that I was eating around 2500 calories a day. Today, I'm keeping my intake between 1400-1500 and have lost over 22 pounds. How to know what to choose?
At work today, they were serving Polish sausage and sauerkraut (I had it without the sauerkraut). When I look for a similar item in the Food library here, I get anything from 780 calories (!!!!!) for a single sausage to 180 calories. How do you know what to add when eating something like that? It was around 7 inches.
