Knee support?
I think I may have slightly pulled a ligament, maybe, in my knee last week. Calories burnt post workout. Log them or not?
According to my HRM I've burnt an extra 250 calories in the 15 mins after my workout as my heart rate slowly came back down. Do I log that or just the calories burnt during the actual work out?

I'm on day 3 of the 30 day shred. Going off of 30 day shred posts I've read on here, i'm eating 1200 cals a day and I try not to eat all of my exercise calories back. Does that sound about right?
