Stir Fry??
Hi Everyone. I find stir fry's are great when I'm trying to lose weight but I struggle with ideas on how to flavour them (healthily). I use loads of soy sauce, which is low in calories but too high in sodium etc. Any one have any suggestions?

What diet/healthy food could you not do without?
I'd be interested in finding out what food you really couldn't do without whilst watching your weight/dieting. Might help give me some ideas on what to eat :-) I think crumpets are good. Only 98 calories and they're practical for lunch.

Hi There. I'm really considering doing the 5,2 diet, where you at healthy for 5 days then fast for 2 (500 cals). I really need a fasting buddy if I'm going to keep motivated. If anyone wants to start with me or is already doing it and has any tips I'd love to hear from you :-)

Back again!
Well here I go again! Just got on the scales and almost had a heart attack, also have to get into that LBD in 3 weeks time agghhh!! Any motivational/dieting tips would be appreciated.
