Usually I get "you look well" or my friend likes to say "you're looking skinny". I'm such a yoyo dieter people are used to me fluctuating and usually don't say anything anymore 🙃

Thanks for your replies! Some good and useful advice there. Sometimes you just need a plate of oven chips and some rest. I get alot of migraines and they always throw me off course.

This graph is really helpful. I started mfp 15 days ago and haven't lost anything, clothes still tight etc. I guess I've just got to sit tight and keep going. I've done this before many times but the weight would come off much quicker.

I just dont get how you are able to work out 7 days a week? I don't stop once I get home, cooking dinners making school lunches bathing kids it's non stop. Also, what is a dehydrator? What meals do you make?

Can I just ask what a typical healthy lunch would be for you? It's difficult as where I work there is a vegan culture which is fine but I haven't got a clue what to take in for lunch.

Thank you, that's exactly the sort of reply I needed. The last time I worked full time it was just me and my husband and we both were alot thinner and healthier, it all changed when we had kids.

Sorry if I'm repeating myself - I did try to respond earlier. I hardly ever weigh myself as I find it so disheartening if I've worked really hard and there is no decrease (which sometimes happens to us all). I go by how my clothes fit and common sense. I only weigh myself once I know I am close to my happy weight :-) works…

I'm 5 foot exactly and I'm usually happy at 125 lbs. I would love to get down to my teenage weight of 120 lbs but at 38 and after having kids I'm not sure it's realistic. It's nice to know there are other 5 footers on here, I'm the shortest person I know (grown up) lol

I agree, especially with it being Easter weekend..... It's gonna be hard to resist temptation (it's alcohol for me mainly). I'm planning on keeping up with my cardio every day to help compensate and making wise food choices (where I can). As you've got more time maybe you could cook something really nice but healthy?

Thanks all! I use alot of chicken because I find it easier to keep the calories down (I'm trying to lose not maintain). When I start adding tasty things in the cals start rocking up and before I know it I'm over. Thanks for the marinade Ideas!
