The nutritional information on the package is for 4oz's. Is that 4oz with the bone in or 4oz of the meat? Clearly I am not eating the bone so I assume its just the meat but..... I know I am overthinking this someone save me! :D

Scale issue or packaging issue?
Either companies are way off on the weights that they put on our foods or there is something wrong with my scale. Velveeta shells and cheese should have 3 servings at 112g each. I seperated 2.5 servings out and still have a little over 2 left.. almost 2 extra servings.... Over 189 extra grams. :huh:

A question about a recipes with marinades and their calories
See this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/chicken-marinade/detail.aspx If i put this into the MFP recipe calculator it tells me that a 4 oz serving is 449 calories. Almost 250 cals of that is the vegtable oil alone though the vast majority of that will be staying behind in the marinade bag when I take the chicken out.…

60 Days and 37 lbs
