A question about a recipes with marinades and their calories

See this recipe:

If i put this into the MFP recipe calculator it tells me that a 4 oz serving is 449 calories. Almost 250 cals of that is the vegtable oil alone though the vast majority of that will be staying behind in the marinade bag when I take the chicken out.
How do you go about figuring out the calories for something like this?

Measure how much marinade you put in the bag then measure how much marinade is left in the bag after pulling out the meat. Calculate the calories of the remaining marinade and subtract.0
