Bad, bad, bad
I was just thinking of how just four months ago, I would eat three grilled cheese sandwiches (double cheese) in my bed before I went to sleep. What do you remember doing before you started MFP and how it would make you cringe today?

Treadmill Calorie Burn vs. MFP Calorie Burn
So I was running on the treadmill at 5.2 for roughly 15 minutes and the treadmill says I have burned 70 calories. When I log it on MFP it says I lost 200 calories. Which calculation should I be using for my journal because this is a HUGE difference on what I can eat in a day. Any advice would be helpful. Thank You!
