Treadmill Calorie Burn vs. MFP Calorie Burn

So I was running on the treadmill at 5.2 for roughly 15 minutes and the treadmill says I have burned 70 calories. When I log it on MFP it says I lost 200 calories. Which calculation should I be using for my journal because this is a HUGE difference on what I can eat in a day. Any advice would be helpful.
Thank You!

The burns are all just estimates. Eat what the treadmill says (or half of what MFP says) for two weeks, then reevaluate. Weight loss takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you.

In my case, the reverse happens. After my 33 minute walk/jog on Wednesday, my treadmill said I burned 300 calories. But MFP said 207. I just take the lower number, and even then, I try not to eat it all back.0
